BELL GULAB JAMUN(indian sweet)

INGREDIENTS:
1 Can Condensed Milk
350grm -370grm Plain Flour
1tsp Bicarbonet Soda
3tblsp Butter
Oil for frying


*Mixed butter,b/soda with flour then add condensed milk liltle by liltle and make a smooth dough.Make small balls out of that and fried in medium flame untill it becomes golden brown.Leave it a side.

SUGAR SYRUP:

600grm Sugar
640ml water
2 or 3pcs Cardamons

*Mixed sugar,cardamons and water and bring it to a boiled and then simmer for 5minutes of the flame.Put the balls in hot sugar syrup.And leave it to soak for 30min - 45min.After soak the Gulab Jamun is ready.
